This talk by Liz Sweet takes you through the importance of islands; exploring biodiversity, conservation and Guernsey's nature conundrum.

It took Guernsey just 18 years to erase 63% of our natural habitats. Without fully understanding the importance of islands, our islands, nature and natural space how on earth can we reverse this decline?

Absolutely spot on!
Quality content, both captured and put together by passionate individuals. It has left me feeling truly proud to not only be a local of our Wild Islands, but also to do my part in caring for our small but significantly inspiring part of our natural world.

We came as a family of 3, and we all enjoyed it. The photography was wonderful, and it was very informative. We look forward to further productions.

One word - Superb.
But if you need more, beautiful film-making, first class screenplay expertly produced. A celebration of guernsey’s marine environment and a call to action - we have to respect our natural environment be it on sea or on land. We are all part of this natural ecosystem and we will forget this at our peril.

What a fantastic short film showcasing just a fraction of what the seas around the Bailiwick have to offer, touching on really important messages - how wonderful it would be if this team were invested in to produce a more in depth series.

Professionally filmed and narrated which wouldn't look out of place on the BBC! A real asset to our Islands.

Thoroughly enjoyed the screening last night. Delighted to see a wide audience packing the theatre, your honest introduction and a final word at the end. A good documentary, teaming up with professionals in the field and excellent photographic footage. Sense this is a realistic start to further explorations.

What a beautiful film - filming, music and narration seamlessly put together. The content was informative. Clearly, the filmakers have a love of the islands' natural habitats but have not shied away from issues that need to be addressed. Thank you. :)

Really good film with great quality recordings of the local marine life. There was an engaging and educating level of depth.
